About Me

Ever since I was little, I have had a deep love for animals and a strong desire to help them in the very best way I could. Becoming a veterinary surgeon was a dream I have had from childhood and in 1998 that dream became a reality when I qualified as a veterinary surgeon in my native Sweden. In 2002, I moved to the North West of England, where I have continued to work with animals ever since.
Throughout my veterinary career, I have cared predominantly for small animals. In 2014, I took the exciting step of establishing my own veterinary practice, which quickly grew into a busy and successful practice.
Several years later, my own health journey changed the direction of my life. I became unwell and was eventually diagnosed with chronic fatigue/ME. This meant that I had to step back from veterinary practice for some time and give myself the time and space I needed to focus on my own health and wellbeing.

Like many people facing a long-term health challenge, I found myself frustrated by the limitations of conventional medicine and by the lack of answers and support available to me. This encouraged me to explore complementary approaches to health and wellbeing. What began as a personal journey of discovery became something much more profound learning much more about energy healing and how it can be used to help both animals and humans.

Through this experience, I developed a deep interest in energy-based approaches and went on to train in Emotion Code®, Body Code® and PSYCH-K®. I was fascinated by the idea that there may be emotional, energetic and subconscious influences that can affect how we experience life and our health. My passion for understanding animals has continued to grow alongside my work in energy healing. Over the last few years, I have become increasingly interested in animal behaviour and, in particular, why animals behave in the ways they do and what they may be communicating through their behaviour.

To develop my knowledge and skills further, I am now undertaking a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Animal Behaviour at a university. I believe that gaining a deeper understanding of animal behaviour can help us to better understand what animals need, improve their environment and wellbeing and support their guardians in creating happier and more fulfilling lives for their animals.

For me, it is incredibly important that animals are understood, listened to and given the opportunity to feel as happy and comfortable as possible in their lives. My years as a veterinary surgeon have also shaped the way I see the relationship between animals and their guardians. Over the course of my career, I have often observed similarities between the physical and emotional wellbeing of animals and the people who care for them. This led me to appreciate that, sometimes, supporting an animal may also involve looking at the wellbeing of their guardian.

I see my studies in clinical animal behaviour as a wonderful complement to my work with energy-based approaches. Together, they allow me to take a truly holistic approach, considering the animal as a whole and looking at the many different factors that may contribute to their overall wellbeing.
Today, I am able to bring together several important parts of my life: my lifelong love and understanding of animals, my experience as a veterinary surgeon, my continuing study of animal behaviour and my passion for complementary and energy-based approaches.

My aim is to provide a calm, compassionate and supportive space where both animals and their guardians can be listened to and supported as individuals. I feel very privileged to be able to combine my veterinary experience, my growing knowledge of animal behaviour and my passion for energy work. Above all, I want to help animals to be better understood and to support them and their guardians in living happier, more balanced lives and now also help humans as well.

I very much look forward to meeting you and your pets.

With love,
Eva
